Sunday evening, I was back in the community doing work that matters: connecting with neighbors, sharing information, and encouraging voters to make their voices heard.
I was glad to canvass alongside SDEC Committeeman Justin Boyd, Senator Molly Cook, Representative Penny Morales Shaw, Sean Simon, and others in our community. I appreciate everyone who gave their time and energy to this effort.
With the November 3 election approaching, every conversation matters. Each door we knock and every piece of information we share gives us another opportunity to help a neighbor participate. That work takes all of us showing up and doing our part.
For me, leadership means being visible, accessible, and willing to put in the work. Building stronger communities starts with relationships, and those relationships grow when we continue showing up beyond a meeting or a single election.
Thank you to everyone who joined us Sunday evening. Let’s keep reaching our neighbors and encouraging participation. Stronger Together—let’s get to work!
